Justin Villepigue serves as Chief Operating Officer at Legacy as a Benefit®, where he oversees enterprise execution, operational scale, and platform integration across employer organizations. In this role, Justin is responsible for translating LAAB’s strategic vision into repeatable, disciplined operating systems that helps support sustainable growth and consistent client outcomes.
Justin works closely with CEOs, CFOs, HR leaders, and internal teams to help ensure Legacy as a Benefit® integrates seamlessly into existing compensation and benefits infrastructures. His focus is on operational clarity, cross-functional alignment, and execution excellence — working to ensure each implementation is delivered efficiently, compliantly, and at scale.
With deep experience in enterprise coordination, relationship management, and organizational execution, Justin leads the operational engine of LAAB — aligning people, process, and strategy to support long-term adoption rather than transactional activity. His leadership reinforces LAAB’s commitment to structure, consistency, and institutional credibility as the platform expands nationally.
