Why should someone work with Legacy as a BenefitĀ®?

Legacy as a Benefit® was designed to complement the work trusted advisors already do.

We believe the best outcomes are created through collaboration—not competition.

Whether you advise business owners, lead HR strategy, design employee benefits, practice law, or help organizations navigate growth, Legacy as a Benefit® provides another way to help clients think intentionally about attraction, retention, culture, and long-term employee investment.

Our role is simple:

To help organizations ask better questions, explore thoughtful solutions, and design employee investment strategies that create durable value for both the employee and the employer.

Relationship FAQs

Who owns the client relationship?
The client relationship always remains respected. Legacy as a Benefit® is designed to complement existing trusted advisor relationships, not replace them.

Do I need insurance experience?
No. Our conversations begin with philosophy and strategy—not products. Technical implementation is addressed only if the organization determines a strategy is appropriate.

What types of organizations are the best fit?
Organizations with key contributors they cannot afford to lose and leaders who are willing to think intentionally about long-term employee investment.

Can I introduce only certain clients?
Absolutely. Legacy as a Benefit® is not designed for every organization. We encourage thoughtful introductions where the philosophy aligns with the client's objectives.

How do engagements begin?
Every engagement begins with a conversation. Together, we explore the organization's goals, stakeholders, and priorities before discussing potential strategies.

Why Work with Legacy as a Benefit®?

Because meaningful innovation rarely happens in isolation.

We believe the future of employee compensation will be shaped by thoughtful collaboration between organizations and the professionals who serve them. Legacy as a Benefit® is designed to become another valuable conversation your clients can have—not another product they are asked to buy.
